Please give us up to 24 hours to confirm your order. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days we ship with USPS. NO REFUNDS! If you need to exchange an item you will have 2 days to exchange after you received your order long as item still available. NO TAG NO EXCHANGES! We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
